Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 1973 Grand-Prix-White/Red 1:12

The Carrera RS 2.7 is the epitome of lightweight construction in road vehicles. Originally intended as a homologation model for racing cars, it became the first production vehicle to be equipped with front and rear spoilers. Consistent weight savings, improvements to the engine and chassis, and, last but not least, the famous ducktail made the RS 2.7 the fastest production vehicle of its time. Although only 500 were originally planned, demand was so high that a total of 1,580 vehicles were ultimately produced, 1,308 of which were the touring version that we are replicating on a 1/12 scale.
