Renault 5 Alpine Turbo 1983 Rouge 1/18

In 1982, the Renault 5 Alpine Turbo was an evolution that added a turbo to the Renault 5 Alpine. This was at the dawn of small sports cars, pioneered by the VW Golf I GTI. The Turbo signified sportiness, and Renault had experience and success with it in F1. The 1.4L engine would then reach 110 hp in a car weighing 870 kg.
