The Renault 1000kg van was launched after the war, in 1947. It soon became a popular vehicle for shopkeepers and craftsmen.
Easy to maneuver thanks to its short wheelbase, it was also used as a professional vehicle by firefighters, ambulance drivers, the Police, Gendarmerie,... and, of course, by la Poste, the version we offer on our model.
