Opel Kadett GSi 1991 Black metallic Helmut Schmidt 1:18

It is said that Helmut Schmidt, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany from 1974 to 1982, also enjoyed driving himself. So it is not surprising that in 1991, at the age of 69, he bought himself a very sporty car – an Opel Kadett GSi. He drove the Kadett for five years, and it is safe to assume that he did so in a thoroughly sporty manner.

In order to accurately represent the Chancellor's Kadett, we have revised the tooling for our well-known model and added the front fog lights that Helmut Schmidt's vehicle also had. We have also added the eye-catching decorative set and the Hamburg number plate that the Kadett had.
