In March 1969, at the Geneva Motor Show, the Ami 6 was replaced by the Ami 8.

This car retained the general design of the Ami 6, but with more classic lines.

The first models from 1969-70 did not feature the Citroën chevrons on the radiator grille.

This characteristic has been well represented on this new dark red version, which will no doubt bring back fond memories for its former owners.
