The first Cobra Mk III 427 S/C (semi-competition) from 1965, equipped with a rare 159-liter fuel tank, is today one of the most sought-after classic cars in the world, with road versions fetching several million euros.

It is probably the wildest and most brutal "muscle car" supercar ever produced worldwide; worse, it was initially offered for sale in a "customer-competition" version, with nearly 485 official horsepower, for auto racing. Its performance, even today, more than half a century after its construction, was still on par with current supercars.
